El artículo propone analizar la relación entre Argentina y China desde la perspectiva del actor subestatal, específicamente, desde la perspectiva de las provincias argentinas. El estudio aborda los temas principales que conforman la agenda subestatal de las relaciones argentino-chinas. El objetivo es caracterizar la gestión transnacional de las provincias con respecto a China y comprender si tal vínculo tiende a mejorar las condiciones para el desarrollo subestatal.
The article proposes to analyze the relationship between Argentina and China from the perspective of the sub-state actor, specifically, from the perspective of the Argentine provinces. The study addresses the main themes that make up the sub-state agenda of Argentine-Chinese relations. The objective is to characterize the transnational management of the provinces with respect to China and see if it tends to improve conditions for the sub-state development.
