El estudio aborda los temas principales que conforman la agenda subestatal de las relaciones argentino-chinas. El objetivo es caracterizar la gestión transnacional de las provincias con respecto a China y comprender si tal vínculo tiende a mejorar las condiciones para el desarrollo subestatal.The article proposes to analyze the relationship between Argentina and China from the perspective of the sub-state actor, specifically, from the perspective of the Argentine provinces. The study addresses the main themes that make up the sub-state agenda of Argentine-Chinese relations.
