dc.descriptionThis study analyzes Argentina−China relations based on the actions of the Argentine provinces between 2014 and 2023. The focus is on the double periphery provinces and the initiatives with Chinese actors, observing the transformations produced within the Argentine federal state and in theinterstate relationship between the two countries. The methodological approach is qualitative with case studies through a sample of three provinces located in the double periphery of Argentina: Catamarca, Jujuy, and Salta.This study encompasses the period from the initiation of Comprehensive Strategic Relations between Argentina and China in July 2014, extending up to 2023, coinciding with the conclusion of President Alberto Fernández´s term in office.

dc.descriptionEl estudio analiza las relaciones Argentina-China a partir del accionar de las provincias argentinas entre 2014 y 2023. El foco está en las provincias de la doble periferia y las iniciativas con actores chinos, observando las transformaciones producidas al interior del Estado Federal argentino y en la relación interestatal entre los dos países. El enfoque metodológico es cualitativo con estudios de caso a través de una muestra de tres provincias ubicadas en la doble periferia de Argentina: Catamarca, Jujuy y Salta. El estudio abarca el período desde el inicio de las Relaciones Estratégicas Integrales entre Argentina y China en julio de 2014, extendiéndose hasta 2023, coincidiendo con la conclusión del mandato del presidente Alberto Fernández.
